Abstract:

Effective infrastructure management provides real business value, but it comes with many challenges including application management as well as the role of the IT infrastructure. This paper explores these challenges, illustrating real-world examples from three IT organizations researched by Kubernan. One of these interviews was with Michel Danon, CIO of two of the divisions of the Danaher Corporation.
