Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) have become a staple of the telecommunications diet. However, due to security concerns about having sensitive corporate information on public networks sometimes limits the optimization of CDNs.

This paper does a great job of outlining a methodology for implementing a CDN inside the corporate firewall.
