This is an excellent independent analysis of these two offerings, and the head-on comparison is excellent. Additionally, it provides an excellent benchmark for comparison with other possible future solutions.
I think the summary is "spot on" in stating "These two UC providers offer unique capabilities with pros and cons on each side of the table. While it might come down to an either/or decision, one must also consider the options for an integrated multi-vendor approach. In making a sound and supported decision in investing in either platform, enterprise owners need to think about the future and which platform stands to provide a communications foundation that will support it."
