Business to Consumer (B2C) Videoconferencing: The Final Frontier


Video calls can help a customer service agent or technical support representative improve customer retention and comprehension by sharing data. Recent advances in VC technology, camera and computing hardware, as well as the reliability of the public Internet have eliminated many of the hurdles that used to exist for B2C video conferences. Cloud service providers have also made B2C communications easier.  This report looks at the business models and applications for B2C video,  including a chart that compares a dozen cloud-based video services providers starting with AGT and BlueJeans, and ranging through Vidyo and Yorktel.
