Performance Management is Key to Service Delivery


Service providers understand their responsibility for their enterprise customers' communications,along with how the enterprise customer needs, preferences and service level agreements help to determine which services can be offered. This paper suggests five test questions for enterprise customers to validate the service provider's value-- also suggesting how performance management can turn the service provider from "just another vendor" into a "trusted advisor."
