Visual Collaboration for Agile Software Development and Scrum


Anyone who has worked on a software development team with distributed resources knows the inherent challenges.  This article shows how agile project management, the "scrum," and visual collaboration can be used to overcome development team challenges.  Here's a hint--the visual collaborative aspect is about much more than just getting together for a video conference.  This piece describes the "how to" ranging from the equipment options to the role of the ScrumMaster.

You might be familiar with "Scrum" as a term from rugby. It turns out that is also the term that is used in software development, even including "ScrumMaster".
