Cyber security has become a game of cat and mouse and according to industry expert Kurt Marko, the mice are winning .  His latest advisory explains what 14 conditions make organizations vulnerable.  In this paper, he explains why security should be distributed, stratified, and adaptive to properly address advanced attacks--including how to fend off APTs (advanced persistent attacks.)
