You can register yourself at no cost for access to Webtorials by filling out and submitting this form. At the end of this form, you will be asked to choose a username for yourself. A confirmation link will be emailed to you so you may set your password. Together these will be your "ticket" from now on.

The primary Webtorials list provides updates whenever new information is added - usually two or three times per week. The Webtorials list is a "digest" list with updates once or twice a month.
