State-of-the-Market Survey
 

 

The purpose of this survey is to gather information about the experiences thus far in multiple facets of MPLS implementations.  In particular, you will be asked about the importance and your experience with your service provider in five key areas: your current experience, the buying/evaluation process, delivery/installation of services, support, and billing.

 

The entire survey is designed to take less than 10 minutes to complete.  At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to request access to the summary preliminary results as soon as they are available.
