Carriers around the world have been deploying wireless networks for more than two decades, yet network deployments continue to be plagued by delays, quality issues, and cost overruns. This report offers advice on defining objectives, building partnerships, and providing the right organizational structure to solve deployment problems.  It was written by Tony Mistretta at Vertix Consulting; he has over 25 years of wireless industry experience. Mistretta has successfully deployed and operated nationwide cellular networks from the ground up, both nationally and internationally.
