Good discussion of the role of the Enterprise App Store. However, I see the concept extending to customer self-service mobile apps that are now UC-enabled for flexible access to live assistance when needed. This is an opportunity for third-party expertise to integrate mobile apps in "cloud" environments that can best support multi-modal, mobile consumers.
